# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk olive oil, lemon juice and zest, chopped basil, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
03 - Place chicken breasts in a large bowl or sealable bag and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Allow to marinate while preparing vegetables or up to 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
04 - Arrange zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes evenly on the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, then toss to coat.
05 - Nestle marinated chicken breasts among the vegetables, pouring any remaining marinade over the top.
