# Directions:
01 - Place the Brie wheel on a serving platter and let it rest at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes to soften.
02 - Arrange fresh rosemary sprigs evenly around the edge of the Brie to create a decorative wreath.
03 - Sprinkle cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and chopped nuts over and around the rosemary wreath for color and texture, if using.
