06 - 4 cups cold filtered water
07 - 1 cup ice cubes, plus extra for serving

# Directions:

01 - Place the chopped cucumbers, mint leaves, cilantro if using, lime juice, agave syrup, cold water and the measured ice into a high‑speed blender.
02 - Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous, about 30–60 seconds depending on blender power.
03 - Strain the blended mixture through a fine‑mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher, pressing or squeezing to extract as much liquid as possible while leaving the pulp behind.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed, adding a little more agave or a squeeze of lime to balance the profile.
05 - Serve over ice in individual glasses and garnish with cucumber slices, lime wedges and mint sprigs. For a sparkling version, stir in sparkling water just before serving.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • You won’t believe how fast this bursts with garden flavor and recharges you on a stuffy afternoon.
  • Its simple balance lets you customize sweetness or tartness in seconds, which made it an accidental kitchen staple for me.
02 -
  • Never skip the straining step—unless you enjoy munching your drink with a spoon.
  • Adding sparkling water after blending transforms this into a party starter and feels fancy with zero effort.
03 -
  • The finer you strain, the silkier each pour—don’t rush it.
  • Sometimes I freeze a little batch as ice cubes and use them for the next round—dilution, but with extra flavor.
