# What You'll Need:
→ Dough
01 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 cup warm milk
06 - 1/4 cup warm water
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 large egg
→ Filling
09 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
10 - 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
11 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
→ Glaze
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
14 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt until evenly mixed.
02 - Add the warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and egg. Mix to form a soft dough, then knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm environment for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
04 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it into a 16 by 10 inch rectangle.
06 - Spread the softened butter across the dough surface, then sprinkle evenly with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
07 - Roll up the dough tightly starting from the long edge; pinch the seam closed to seal.
08 - Using a sharp knife, slice the roll lengthwise in half. With the cut sides facing up, twist the two halves together.
09 - Shape the twisted dough into a wreath and pinch the ends to seal. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
10 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until the wreath is golden brown. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
11 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the glaze evenly over the warm wreath before serving.
