# What You'll Need:

→ Gelatin Layer

01 - 2 (3 oz) boxes blue raspberry gelatin
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water

→ Snow & Decorations

04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 fl oz each)

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Whipped cream, for garnish
09 - Gummy candies (bears, penguins, etc.), for decoration

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir continuously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine evenly.
03 - Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into 8 clear plastic cups, filling each about halfway.
04 - Place cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour, until the gelatin is slightly set but still soft.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the gelatin to simulate snow. Sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top for decoration.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until the gelatin is fully set.
07 - Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and add gummy candies as desired for extra decoration.
